S.W Haider is the founder of H&A Associates. He has more than 2 decades of legal experience and has excellent credentials and reputation as a master strategist and an expert lawyer. His prominent clients include promoter families, major players in infrastructure corporations, banking and finance, pharmaceutical, chemical companies and contractors working with the Government Departments etc. His areas of focus and expertise comprise high stake dispute resolution and corporate-commercial matters. He represents clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including domestic and international arbitration tribunals. Through his litigation practice, he has the privilege of contributing to the jurisprudence relating to civil, commercial, dispute, banking and family in India. Pooja Dua is a Senior Associate of the firm and has been assisting founder of the firm and leading some of the independent clients on ADR issues. She has extensive
interest in Legal & Arbitration matters for both Domestic & International clients.
She has been an integral part of the firm and also has extensive experience in civil, commercial and arbitrations. She is a seasoned dispute resolution practitioner skilled in domestic commercial arbitration, construction law arbitration, civil and commercial mediation and litigation. She is representing on behalf of firm on various litigation proceedings, arbitration proceedings and enforcement – proceedings regarding court orders and arbitration awards. She is actively involved in corporate litigation. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is also a Member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and also member of Young MCIA.
